The aim of this study was to obtain psychological operation techniques in four satellite channels of Iran International, Manoto, Voice of America and BBC Farsi. The research method is qualitative content analysis with inductive strategy. In this regard, all news and content of the 1400 presidential election in the BBC Persian, Iran International, VOA and Manoto media in the period from May to June 1400 until the election as a community. It has been studied that due to the limited time period of approximately three months, the research has examined the content of 63 news items in the mentioned networks by counting method. The results indicate that the mentioned networks around the elections of the Islamic Republic of Iran are among the techniques of psychological operations from the techniques of "controversy", "exaggeration", "repetition", "pretending to be neutral", "record writing" and "recourse". They used "to fear" to achieve their desired goal. It should also be noted that among the techniques studied, the media considered more attention to the two techniques of controversy and repetition. Controversy is used alongside repetition, distortion and assassination of the character in a media tactic.
