تطبیق شاخص های الگوی فرماندهی شهید سلیمانی در فرماندهی انتظامی

چکیده

رهبری در سازمان‌های نظامی و انتظامی موضوعی است که نیازمند هماهنگی با الگوهای موفق فرماندهی در سطح ملی و بین المللی است. یکی از الگوهای موفق و برجسته فرماندهی در تاریخ انقلاب اسلامی ایران و چهره بین‌المللی مقاومت، الگوی فرماندهی سردار شهید قاسم سلیمانی است که پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت میزان تطبیق شاخص‌های رهبری فرماندهان صف دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین با الگوی فرماندهی شهید سلیمانی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر طرح تحقیق، ارزیابانه است. 408 شاخص‌ سبک رهبری فرماندهان صف با 154 شاخص‌‌ الگوی فرماندهی شهید سلیمانی مقایسه شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش توصیفی انجام شد. در مجموع 26 شاخص یکتا در مقایسه یافته‌های بعد معنوی و ارزشی، 48 شاخص یکتا در مقایسه یافته‌های بعد فرماندهی و مدیریتی و 28 شاخص یکتا در مقایسه یافته‌های بعد فردی و رفتاری به‌دست آمد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده از تطبیق شاخص‌های فرماندهان صف با الگوی فرماندهی شهید سلیمانی در بعد معنوی و ارزشی اگرچه شاخص‌های مصمم بودن و پشتکار، انصاف، آرامش، آمر به معروف و ناهی از منکر، عدم افراط و تفریط در امور جزو شاخص‌های اختصاصی سبک رهبری فرماندهان صف است اما در بین شاخص‌های اختصاصی الگوی فرماندهی شهید سلیمانی، شهادت محوری، شوق و آرزوی شهادت، آمادگی برای شهادت، بصیرت، آرمانخواهی و آزادگی، ساده زیستی، دوری از تجمل و اشراف از برجسته‌ترین ویژگی‌های معنوی و ارزشی شهید سلیمانی است که جا دارد در سبک رهبری فرماندهان صف دانشگاه برای آن جانمایی شده و به آن توجه ویژه شود.

Leadership in military and law enforcement organizations is a subject that requires coordination with successful command models at the national and international levels. One of the successful and outstanding models of command in the history of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the international face of resistance is the model of the command of Martyr General Qassem Soleimani. 408 indicators of the leadership style of line commanders were compared with 154 indicators of Shahid Soleimani's leadership model. Data analysis was done descriptively. In total, 26 unique indices were obtained in the comparison of spiritual and value dimensions, 48 ​​unique indices in the comparison of command and management dimension findings, and 28 unique indices in the comparison of individual and behavioral dimension findings. Based on the results obtained from matching the indicators of the commanders of the line with the leadership model of Martyr Soleimani in the spiritual and value dimension, although the indicators of determination and perseverance, fairness, calmness, commanding good and forbidding evil, non-exaggeration in matters are among the specific indicators of leadership style. but among the specific indicators of martyr Soleimani's leadership model, central martyrdom, eagerness, and desire for martyrdom, readiness for martyrdom, insight, idealism and freedom, simplicity of life, avoidance of luxury and aristocracy are among the most prominent spiritual and valuable characteristics of martyr Soleimani. It has been placed in the leadership style of university commanders and special attention has been paid to it.
