In recent years, due to financial crises as well as sanctions against Khatam al-Anbia Camp, the issue of conservation and management of resources and its approaches, including project risk management in this camp has become very important. In other words, due to the escalation of sanctions, the resource management of Khatam al-Anbia construction camp has been affected and they have a high level of risk in their construction projects in terms of quality, cost and time. Therefore, risk management of construction projects is one of the central parts of resource management in this camp. In this regard, this research in a descriptive and survey study, seeks to design and explain the risk management model of construction projects in Khatam al-Anbia construction camp. The statistical population of this study was all contractors of Khatam Al-Anbia construction camp, from which 220 people were selected by available sampling method and made a researcher using a questionnaire whose reliability using Cronbach's alpha and its validity using construct validity (Confirmatory factor analysis), confirmed, tested. The results of testing the hypotheses of this study using structural equations and LISREL software indicated that organizational factors, managerial factors and environmental factors analysis play a significant role on the risk management of construction projects in Khatam al-Anbia construction camp.
