and the world together and this was the beginning of a new era for management and
organizations. Expressing opinions and ideas is an inseparable and necessary part of the
decisions that people make in the workplace. The existence of a suitable organizational
atmosphere for expressing opinions is also vital; Therefore, conditions should be provided in
the organization so that employees can easily express their opinions and express their useful
ideas to solve the problems of the organization. To provide such an atmosphere and
conditions, the leadership style of the organization's managers and their approach is very
effective; Therefore, in this research, the effect of jihadi management and moral leadership on
the voice of employees of government organizations in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province
is investigated. The present research is of the type of research based on the practical purpose
and based on how to obtain the required data, the present research is considered to be of the
descriptive type of correlation. In order to collect mixed information, library and field
research methods were used. The statistical population in this research is managers of
government organizations in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, and the sample size was
calculated as 159 people using Cochran's formula. Data collection was done using survey
method and questionnaire tool. The findings of the research indicate that there is a significant
relationship between jihadi management and the voice of employees, but no significant
relationship was observed between moral leadership and the voice of employees, and in other
words, jihadi management with an influence coefficient of 0.36 has been a good predictor for
the voice of employees. Among the jihadi components of the challenge from the behavioral
dimension to the extent of 0.59, the requirements of 0.30 have been able to directly influence
the voice of the employees, and the challenge from the structural dimension to the extent of
0.22 has indirectly been able to advance the voice of the employees. to see
