The purpose of this study was to investigate analysis the amount of attention paid to the teachings of the Islamic Revolution in the content of primary school textbooks. The method of study is descriptive and a content analysis. The statistical population included all the books from the first to the sixth grade of the elementary period. For example, books: Let's Read Persian, Heaven Gifts and Social Studies from the first to sixth grades were selected purposefully. Then, according to Martyr Motahari's views, four categories of Social Justice, Independence, Freedom and Spirituality of Islam were identified as the fundamental values of the Islamic Revolution and a researcher made checklist with nine construct categories and fifty general concepts were designed. The results of content analysis showed that only in Persian book of the first grad, in Heaven Gifts book of fifth-grade and in Social Studies book of the fourth-grade the identified categories have been considered. In addition, from 170 identified concepts in this field, the most concepts related to the topic of Islamic Spirituality with (95 concepts) and then to the category of Independence with (66 concepts). While the concepts related to the category of Freedom with (4 concepts) and Social Justice with (5 concepts) were less. According to the findings, attention to the teachings of the Islamic Revolution in organizing the contents of the textbooks of the (primary school) elementary period is recommended to the designers and authors of these books.
