The purpose of this study is to survey artistic discourses after the occurrence of the Islamic revolution and answer the question on variations, features and supervisory factors of these factors; therefore, the mixed method of discourse and content analysis with emphasis on qualitative studies has been chosen as the research methodology of this article. The results of this article indicate that the reasons for the extension of the Islamic revolution discourses to the cinema are seeking Islam, being indigenous, on one side, and being religious on the other side. Islamic revolution with regard to art of the cinema in proportion to its position has shaped 4 cinematic discourses-that is, recognizing, separating these discourses and revealing their features are the findings of this study. According to this process, the four indigenous, policy-oriented, goal-oriented and sacred defense-based discourses have been shaped through theoretical framework of Lakla and Mofeh’s discourse after the Islamic revolution, and the trend of their movement has continued from the beginning of the victory of the Islamic revolution with some fluctuations
