This research aims to make a big picture of this emerging phenomenon (Rahian Noor camps) using data-oriented theory by surveying the supreme leader’s statements, messages and advice on religious matters with regard to the areas of the sacred defense and Rahian Noor (the light of path). The research population includes all the supreme leader’s statements, advice on religious matters and messages. 84 propositions out of 36 statements and related messages with regard to the research topic were selected. 126 open codes (primary concepts) were identified by coding the selected propositions. 24 basic concepts were generated regarding the common content open codes. The results show that Rahian Noor camps were shaped by a group of sacred defense combatants in order to prevent the sacred defense period and pilgrimage to martyrs’ martyrdom places from oblivion that have been tuned into one of the biggest cultural operations with positive impact on public culture for a while. And now the governmental bodies, institutes and people-oriented groups should act in a way to promote Rahian Noor camps effectively. In the meantime, it is essential to pay attention to the pilgrimage of the pilgrims with wisdom, prevent the deviations of the sacred defense and Rahian Noor accidents
