The present article examines the pathology of programs to promote and develop the culture of prayer as an important indicator for future planning of the education system. Cultural work and programs to promote and develop the culture of prayer for students in general, is one of the policies of the Vice Chancellor of Culture at the Islamic Azad University. Each phenomenon may be exposed to different damages; it is necessary to study the planning approach of the situation of offering prayers and identify its harms. By identifying weaknesses and injuries, comprehensive plans can be achieved to further strengthen prayer promotion and development programs. This research is a survey, applied and descriptive and analytical in terms of correlation. The statistical population is all students studying at the Islamic Azad University of Sirjan. In this study, 364 students were randomly selected for sampling. According to the research results, the average index of extension programs for prayer is 2.54, which means that it is average to low. This index has the highest correlation with the Congregational Imam index (r = 0.50), followed by professors, officials and staff (r = 0.40) and finally, with the university mosque index (r = 0.24). In the following, the relationship between the institutionalization index and the independent variables of the research can be examined. The highest correlation for the awareness index is "r = 0.28" and for religious missionaries is "r = 0.27".
