Considering the heavy blows that Islam suffered from suchevents as the Battle of Uhud, Saqifah, Hakamiyyat (in the battle of Saffayn),the Peace Treaty ofImam Hasan(a.s.), the sad event of Ashura, etc.,the present paper is aimed at formulatingthePasdari (Guardianship) charterbenefitting from the holyNahjolbalaghah, so thatthe repetition of such events may be prevented. This research project is applied in terms of objectives, descriptive-inferential with respect to analysis level and documentary in terms of approach and methodology classification. The data werecollected from library studies, website browses and indexes. During the course of this research,we aimed at answering this key question: "What are the principles of the Pasdaricharter from the viewpoint of Alawi culture?" Relying on exploratory studies and using expert views,eleven principles were drafted for this charter. Researchers believe that institutionalizationof this charter with its five capacities(dealing with hard,semi-hard and soft threats;internal and external deepening of Islamic values) will lead to the establishment of the political system of Islam.In the final discussion,some recommendations have been offered to help the establishment of the findings of the study.
